They sure can! We understand all kid’s health needs are different. We recommend taking these one at a time so each flavor can be enjoyed on its own. 

Pro tip: We recommend you take these without milk or dairy products as these can inhibit iron absorption.

Although we've had instances in which kids as young as 16 months take our Melty Tabs, we still recommend asking your health care provider if Renzo's is safe for your toddlers.

It’s formulated with 18 essential vitamins and minerals of the highest quality because we know there’s nothing more important than giving your kids the very best.

We only believe in using the best ingredients and that means no synthetic folic acid. The type of folate we use (L-5-MTHF) is the active form which means that the body can use it directly, whereas folic acid needs to be converted into the active form through other processes. BUT, not everyone can efficiently convert folic acid, especially individuals with a common genetic variation (MTHFR mutation). Using methylated folate makes our Melty Tabs suitable for all kids!

Plant-based D3 is derived from lichen, a natural, vegan source of D3 making it suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets, unlike traditional D3, which is often sourced from sheep’s wool (lanolin - yuck).

Iron is one of the most important minerals in your child’s nutrition and a common mineral deficiency in kids. We wanted Renzo’s Picky Eater Multi to be a complete multivitamin, therefore adding iron was a must. 

We carefully select each ingredient, which is why we make these Melty Tabs with “Carbonyl Iron”, a highly purified form of elemental iron that is known for its safety and gentle effects on the stomach, making it an excellent choice for iron supplementation, especially for kids.
