Our sincere hope is that your little ones truly enjoy our yummy and super healthy Melty Tabs!

Within 30 days of your order, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, please email us at hello@renzosvitamins.com with your Order Number (example: #1234) and we will guide you through the returns process. We will get back to you in 2 - 5 business days. 

If you have any unopened products (safety-seal around the bottle-cap is fully intact), we kindly ask that you ship it back to us. This applies to orders cancelled after they've been fulfilled and before they've been delivered. When ordering 2 or more of the same product, we will only be able to issue a refund of such product when the 2nd (or more) products are returned to us. We will provide a return label to you and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

International Orders to Canada are not eligible for Free Shipping. The amount we are charging for shipping is the nearest estimate amount to pay based on weight and location. Due to costs of customs processing and transit-times, all international orders are final sale.


Subscriptions: We are not able to process any refunds if you request to cancel your subscription after your order has been shipped out.

Bundles & 3-Packs: Please note our bundles & 3-packs are non-refundable.

Sample Packs: Since the "Renzo's Starter Packs" are priced at an MSRP to cover the cost of shipping, these are non-refundable. 

Discounts: We can not honor any new discount codes on orders that have already been processed. 

You also have the option of exchanging a product for another, instead of returning it. Please note that product exchanges make the order final sale.
