"I went for my yearly checkup recently and was told that my iron levels were low and that I needed to start taking iron supplements. I prefer sublingual supplements because they deliver vitamins and minerals directly into the bloodstream. I started out with another name brand that was 25 mg of Ferrous Fumate and ended up with a splitting headache and nausea and dizziness for 2 days. I tried cutting them up into smaller pieces and took just one small granule and still had the same results. So then I ordered EZ Melts Iron supplements for adults which was 18 mg of carbonyl iron and they worked fine except for a slight lightheadedness. I could have gone to the trouble of cutting them all up but decided to look for something that even a child could take and that was how I found Renzo's Iron supplements which was only 8 mg of carbonyl iron and I have no reaction whatsoever to them. I am a 74 year old female and can already feel the difference in energy levels. Apparently some people are highly sensitive to any type of ferric or ferrous iron supplements and do much better with carbonyl iron. I am so grateful to have finally found an iron supplement that will replenish my iron levels without any side effects. Thanks Renzo's!!!!!"

"Excellent shipping and packing. My daughter's ferritin was very low so we started her on these and over several mo th her iron stores went in range. She has been taking then for a few years now. They taste good and don't give her any tummy trouble. As a chemo patient myself with low platelets etc ive started taking them myself and feel they have helped. We appreciate that there are no bovine products in these as due to an allergy! Highly recommend this product."
