Magnesium (as dimagnesium malate) (15 mg), L-Theanine (25 mg), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) Flower Extract (1 mg), and Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) Leaf Extract (5 mg) per tablet. 60 tablets per bottle.

Other ingredients: mannitol, xylitol, natural flavors, plant-based magnesium stearate, malic acid, and monk fruit extract.
