1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (or such other age of majority in such individual's state). Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. By participating in the Promotion, each participant accepts these Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in the Promotion. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, suppliers, retailers, representatives, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the foregoing are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW and is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Renzo’s Vitamins, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD: Entries will be accepted online starting on 08/11/2023 and ending 08/20/2023. All entries must be received by 08/20/2023.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the giveaway, participants must:

a. Follow Renzo's Vitamins for Kids on Instagram (@renzosvitamins).

b. Like the giveaway post that will be featured on Renzo’s Vitamins Instagram page on Friday, August 11th, 2023.

c. Post an Instagram story of your child’s back to school routine and tag @renzosvitamins. Whether it’s getting ready for school, sporting their favorite backpack, showing off their creative lunchbox, or flashing their biggest smile while taking their Renzo’s Melty Tabs, the post should capture the kids' back-to-school routine in action.

The entry must fulfill all promotion requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Renzo’s Vitamins. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Renzo's Vitamins.

5. PRIZES: The approximate retail value of each prize is $120. Each prize consists of: One (1) Back to School Basket including one(1) of each of Renzo's Vitamins Products (8 in total), one (1) Bentgo® lunch box, one (1) ZIPIT pencil case, and one (1) set of stickers.You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Renzo’s Vitamins to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery, and is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.  

6. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners of the Promotion will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via Instagram and email to the email address they entered for the Promotion. Renzo’s Vitamins shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Promotion is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE PROMOTION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU: By entering this content you understand that Renzo’s Vitamins, anyone acting on behalf of Renzo’s Vitamins, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Promotion, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

9. DISCLAIMERS. Sponsor and its agents, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, insurers, servants, affiliates, predecessors, successors, representatives, contractors, agencies, and legal advisors (the “Released Entities”) are not responsible for, shall not be liable for, and hereby disclaim all liability arising from or relating to (a) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor, or (b) the Promotion, including without limitation: (i) lost or stolen entries, (ii) malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, whether human or technical, (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Promotion, or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

10. TERMS: Renzo’s Vitamins reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such a case, Renzo’s Vitamins may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Renzo’s Vitamins. Renzo’s Vitamins reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. One entry will be limited per participant. No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.

DISPUTES: Any disputes relating to this Promotion shall be resolved individually (without resort to any form of class action), and shall be governed by Florida law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. The state or federal court in Miami-Dade County, Florida will be the jurisdiction in which any suits should be filed if they relate to the Promotion or these Rules.
