What do Star Wars and Dr. Rocca have in common?
They're both celebrated on May 4th!
This week we sat down to chat with Dr. Rocca, a.k.a Renzo's Vitamins founder, to learn how he will be celebrating his birthday and even the ultimate piece of advice he would give to his kids.
Let's dive in!
What activities do you like to do outside of work?
I like to ride my bike with a large group of people.
What is your favorite food?
Definitely pasta with pesto alla genovese. If the pasta has a bit of trofie, that’s even better. My pasta always has to be salty with fresh parmigiano reggiano.
What inspired you to pursue your career?
I always had an interest in medical sciences and finding treatments.
Do you have your own vitamin routine?
Yes I do. I always take a meltable B12 with folate. Both of these help my brain’s focus and functionality.
Which is your favorite vitamin in Renzo's vitamins line?
I like all of Renzo's products. If I had to choose a favorite, I would pick the Dynamite D3 because I really enjoy the natural apple flavor.
What do you wish you could tell parents about Renzo’s Vitamins that they might not know?
I would tell parents Renzo’s products have a clean, tasty, non-sugar based formula that's free from any allergens.
What's the biggest parenting lesson you've learned over the years?
The unconditional love parents have for their children.Made me who I am today.
What's one piece of advice you would give to your kids?
Never give up! It’s always important to set new goals to achieve and improve yourself.
Last but no least, how will you celebrate your birthday and what’s your favorite cake?
Well my birthday lands on a weekday, so I will have a family dinner at my favorite restaurant. When it comes to the cake, I just hope it has Dulce de Leche and fruits.
We’re wishing you a parmigiano reggiano-full day, Dr. Rocca!
We hope you enjoyed getting to know the mastermind behind Renzo’s vitamins.
After all, the brand would not be where it is today without Dr. Rocca’s hard work and dedication.
Happy Birthday Dr. Rocca!
